las siguientes cosas se están tratando como si fueran la misma:
a) Feedback de falta de usuario con el email provisto.
b) Feedback de falta de assets digitales(firmas, iniciales, estampillas) para el usuario.
Se está tomando (a) como un bug, si el user de SUMAC es secretaría jurídica u oficial jurídico.
