Description

Algunas veces las secretarias jurídicas suben el archivo con la firma ya puesta. Para trabajar este asunto se debe validar si se subió un documento o sí se escribió en el tinymce, y si se subio se le debe habilitar el botón de "emitir" y q no le pida firmas.
