Description

Los previews de los anejos y los documentos no están buscando el base64 para recursos guardados.

Test Scenario: Guardar un recurso con documento y/o anejos. Buscar el recurso en el historial. Cuando llegues a la página de confirmación, ver el preview de los anejos no funciona.
