Description
Se debe poder sustituir el documento de circulación por otro documento de su elección. A su vez los votos emitidos no pueden perder la vinculación. También debe haber un área de notas para explicar por qué se sustituyó el documento el cual debe ser mandatorio. El Juez debe poder realizar la notificación sin necesidad de un trámite adicional.
